Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven sales experience in a corporate or professional environment.
- Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections confidently.
- High urgency and responsiveness, specifically a “speed-to-lead” mindset.
- Background in professional services (e.g., legal, financial services, tax, or real estate) is ideal.
- Strong organization skills for effective pipeline and data management.
Job Responsibilities
- Respond to new leads within 2-5 minutes across phone, SMS, email, and web forms.
- Conduct structured consultations to identify high-value opportunities and explain services clearly.
- Manage lead conversion by taking ownership of the sign-up process and guiding clients through next steps.
- Execute follow-up strategies, including high volumes of daily outbound calls to warm leads and re-engaging aged leads.
- Maintain accurate data tracking by managing all activity within HubSpot.
- Coordinate handovers of converted clients to the legal and operations teams.
