Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience in Human Resources or related administrative role.

- Comfortable working with HR and productivity software (e.g., HRIS, ATS, Google Workspace).
- High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Analytical mindset and comfort working with numbers and data.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, candidate screening, and interviews.
- Communicate effectively with applicants and internal team members in fluent English.
- Maintain and manage employee records and HR databases.
- Utilize HR software and tools to support administrative tasks.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve HR efficiency and workflows.
- Support onboarding, orientation, and training of new employees.
- Assist in organizing company events, employee engagement activities, and internal communications.
- Analyze HR data and metrics to track performance and ensure compliance.
- Handle basic payroll coordination and employee attendance tracking.
- Collaborate with other departments to align HR strategies with business goals.
