Job Description
As the Senior HR Supervisor, you will serve as the Second-in-Command (2IC) to the HR Manager. You will play a crucial role in providing functional leadership and driving HR operations across multiple operating locations. This strategic, hands-on leadership role focuses on managing complex employee relations, building robust HR governance, designing scalable SOPs, enforcing labor compliance, and minimizing organizational risk.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of proven HR experience, preferably in a lead, supervisory, or management capacity within multi-site operations, BPO, or shared services.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Labor Law Mastery: Deep expertise in Philippine Labor Laws, DOLE regulations, and complex disciplinary/separation procedures.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms, timekeeping/payroll systems, and GSuite/MS Office.
- Certifications: Professional HR certifications (e.g., CHRP, PHR) are considered a strong advantage.

- Sound analytical ability to turn HR data into strategic initiatives.

Job Responsibilities
- Governance & SOP Development: Lead the creation, review, and continuous improvement of company-wide HR policies, workflows, and SOPs aligned with Philippine labor laws.
- Complex Case Management: Serve as the main escalation point for complex employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and high-risk separation cases before escalation to the HR Manager.
- Compliance & HR Audits: Conduct periodic audits across sites, track regulatory risks, ensure DOLE compliance, and establish corrective action plans.
- Team Leadership & Supervision: Provide functional leadership, guidance, and coaching to HR Generalists, Specialists, and Assistants to build overall team capability.
- Performance & Investigation Frameworks: Standardize performance management evaluations and lead objective workplace investigation procedures across sites.
- Business Partnership & Continuous Improvement: Partner with operational leaders, analyze HR metrics (attrition, absenteeism, ER cases), and implement automation or process improvements.
