Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Previous experience in HR, recruitment, or related fields is essential.
- Experience in the sports, hospitality, or service industries is highly desirable.
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Exceptional ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for clear interaction with candidates and team members.
- Ability to build relationships and foster a supportive workplace culture.
- Familiarity with HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Flexibility and openness to taking on new tasks and responsibilities as the role evolves.

- Understanding of employment laws and regulations to ensure adherence to legal requirements.

Job Responsibilities
- Craft and post engaging job advertisements on various platforms to attract skilled professionals who align with the company’s values and culture.
- Utilize social media, job boards, and industry-specific channels to maximize outreach.
- Review resumes and applications efficiently to identify candidates that meet the organizational needs and vision.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews with potential hires, collaborating with hiring managers to ensure a streamlined process.
- Prepare interview questions that reflect the role’s requirements and the company’s values.
- Lead the onboarding process for new team members, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and are well-prepared for their roles.
- Develop onboarding materials and schedules that facilitate a smooth integration into the team.
- Maintain accurate HR records, including team member files, performance reviews, and training documentation.
- Manage day-to-day HR tasks, ensuring compliance with all company policies and legal requirements.
- Serve as a primary contact for new hires, providing support and guidance to foster a positive workplace environment from day one.
- Facilitate regular check-ins with new team members to ensure they feel supported and engaged.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures that promote a positive work culture.
- Ensure that all HR practices are compliant with local and national employment laws.
- Address team member inquiries and concerns, providing guidance on HR-related issues.
- Promote team member engagement initiatives and support a collaborative work environment.
- Identify training and development needs within the organization and coordinate relevant programs.
