Job Responsibilities
- Handling and directing inbound calls
- Managing the practice communications including incoming and outgoing emails and faxes
- Management of the appointment book
- Liaising with external providers such as chiropractors and specialists
- Handling incoming correspondence and preparation of mail to send
- Processing simple client requests as required
- Booking couriers, building maintenance, coordinating deliveries
- Ordering office supplies
- Providing administrative assistance to the General Practitioners and Operations Manager
- Other ad hoc administration as required
- Social media promotion
