We are looking for a highly capable, proactive, and experienced Virtual HSEQ Manager based in the Philippines to help drive compliance, improve internal systems, and lead us toward ISO certification – all while aligning with UK construction standards and practices.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in an HSEQ leadership role, preferably in construction or civil engineering.
- Strong knowledge of UK HSE laws and construction standards (experience supporting UK or EU clients is a strong plus).
- Experience in quality management systems and preparing for ISO certifications.
- Proven success in virtual collaboration with field-based teams.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office, cloud-based reporting tools, and virtual collaboration platforms (e.g., MS Teams, Slack, Google Workspace).
- NEBOSH/IOSH qualifications or equivalent are highly desirable.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive HSEQ strategy tailored to UK construction standards and legislation.
- Lead the creation and roll-out of company-wide health and safety policies, risk assessments, and safe systems of work.
- Provide virtual support to site teams, ensuring daily activities are carried out safely and compliantly.
- Monitor and drive compliance with CDM regulations, HSE guidelines, and relevant UK legislation.
- Establish and maintain robust quality assurance systems, audit protocols, and control measures.
- Prepare and submit accurate, detailed HSEQ reports, dashboards, and improvement plans to senior management.
- Oversee document control and version management of safety, environmental, and quality policies.
- Spearhead our journey toward ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 certification, including gap analyses and process implementation.
- Organise virtual training sessions, toolbox talks, and ongoing awareness campaigns for teams.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to instill a culture of continuous improvement.
