Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Sales Acumen: Proven experience in telephone sales, telemarketing, or inside sales. You must be entirely comfortable picking up the phone and driving revenue.
- Design Skills: Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite products. Software Proficiency: Deep knowledge of Zoho CRM and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Communication: Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal), capable of seamlessly adapting to the New Zealand business culture.
- BONUS QUALIFICATIONS (HIGHLY PREFERRED):
• Industry Background: Prior experience or educational background in architectural design, construction, real estate, or property development.
• 3D Rendering: The ability to create high-quality 3D architectural still renders.
• AI Motion Video: The ability to leverage modern AI tools to convert static 3D architectural renders into immersive motion videos.
Job Responsibilities
- Telephone Sales & CRM Management:
• Outbound/Inbound Sales: Confidently call warm and cold leads over the phone to pitch and sell our property development and construction services. Zoho CRM Management: Manage the sales lifecycle within Zoho CRM, ensuring excellent pipeline hygiene, accurate data entry, and prompt lead follow-ups. - Full-Cycle Social Media & Graphic Design:
• Content Creation: Design compelling social media graphics, property flyers, and marketing collateral using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Social Media Management: Handle end-to-end social media operations, from content creation and copywriting to scheduling, posting, and audience engagement. - Project Coordination & General Administration:
• Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a central point of contact to coordinate activities between our New Zealand team, external suppliers, contractors, and other third parties.
• Project Tracking & Admin: Monitor project timelines and deliverables using Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) to ensure smooth operational progression.
