Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Experience in administration, service coordination, or procurement.
- Simpro experience (preferred) or similar job tracking software.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, SharePoint, Excel).
- Ability to manage service orders, invoicing, and scheduling workers.
- Knowledge of procurement processes and maintaining inventory.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Basic IT skills for document management and issue resolution.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
- Coordinate service orders, track jobs from start to finish, and prepare invoices.
- Organize and schedule workers for service jobs and manage work orders.
- Liaise with suppliers, place orders for materials, and track purchase orders (POs).
- Manage procurement, check inventory, and handle backorders in Simpro.
- Assist in document management (e.g., job sheets, tender documents) and update spreadsheets.
- Communicate job status and updates with clients and internal teams.
- Support IT, document organization in SharePoint, and assist with minor technical issues.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth service coordination and project completion.
