We are seeking a versatile and performance-driven Graphic & Web Designer with a strong foundation in marketing principles. This role combines creative design expertise with web optimization and digital campaign support.

The ideal candidate understands how design impacts user experience, engagement, and conversions. While general marketing experience is required, the client is open to providing training on specific tools for candidates who demonstrate strong foundational skills.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Proven experience in graphic and web design.
  • Strong understanding of general marketing principles and digital funnels.
  • Knowledge of paid media creatives and conversion-focused design.
  • Experience designing landing pages with user experience and performance in mind.
  • Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and local business optimization.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Job Responsibilities
  • Paid & Social Support:
    • Design high-performing creatives for digital campaigns across platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads.
    • Ensure all creatives align with campaign objectives and platform best practices.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize visual assets based on performance data.
  • Web & Conversion Optimization:
    • Design and improve landing pages to increase conversion rates.
    • Support new business ventures with website design and user experience improvements.
    • Ensure responsive, user-friendly, and brand-consistent web layouts.
  • Creative & Brand Design:
    • Develop compelling graphic design assets for digital campaigns, websites, and other marketing materials.
    • Maintain visual brand consistency across all channels.
    • Contribute creative concepts aligned with marketing strategies.
  • SEO & Local Optimization Support:
    • Assist with visual and content updates for Google Business Profiles.
    • Support on-page design elements that align with SEO best practices.
