Job Qualifications/Requirements
- BFA in Graphic Design or Advertising Design (or an impressive portfolio site)
- 3+ years of experience as a graphic designer
- Proven ability to create and deliver high-quality materials for various mediums
- Highly motivated, adaptable, and able to work both autonomously and collaboratively
- Effective communication skills to ensure accuracy in information exchange
- Willingness to learn new skills and embrace the challenges of a dynamic design role
Job Responsibilities
- Create new artwork designs for various promotional products.
- Develop print files for the internal decorations’ hub, ensuring quality and accuracy.
- Generate product visual mockups/artwork templates with logos/artwork, considering decoration areas and limitations.
- Produce official high-resolution logos suitable for print on promotional products.
- Redraw logos to convert them into vector files for optimal scalability.
- Design banners for company websites.
- Upload approved artwork to the company’s cloud storage.
- Create presentations for client meetings, showcasing design concepts and ideas.
- Resize, regionalize, update, repurpose, and extend existing graphic assets as needed.
- Develop catalogs and brochures for promotional materials.
- Craft engaging social media posts, and banners for LinkedIn and Facebook.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with team members and external stakeholders.
- Create short videos for social media platforms.
