Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience in catalogue design and other print/digital marketing collateral.
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, with strong skills in Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, branding, and layout design.
- Exceptional attention to detail—ensuring accuracy in formatting, alignment, and product information.
- Highly organized, able to manage and update extensive content libraries efficiently.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills and responsiveness to feedback.
- Knowledge of print production standards and digital formats (PDFs, web-optimized assets, etc.).
Job Responsibilities
- Catalogue Design: Lead the creation, layout, and production of product catalogues, ensuring visual consistency, brand alignment, and user-friendly design.
- Layout & Typography: Apply best practices in layout design, typography, and formatting to produce clean, professional designs that enhance product visibility and customer understanding.
- Content Management: Efficiently manage large volumes of product information, images, and copy while maintaining accuracy and consistency.
- Design Execution: Develop high-quality print and digital design materials such as brochures, lookbooks, product sheets, and other collateral as needed.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure all design materials align with business goals and brand guidelines.
- Version Control: Manage multiple versions of catalogue materials and update assets based on feedback and product updates.
- Production Readiness: Prepare files for print and digital distribution, ensuring all technical specifications and requirements are met.
- Deadline Management: Deliver projects on time while managing overlapping timelines and priorities.
