The General Virtual Assistant provides crucial support to ensure the office or department runs effectively and efficiently. This role contributes to the overall effectiveness of the business by managing daily duties and assisting with various administrative tasks.

  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Desirable: 3-6 months of work-related experience
  • Virtual Assistant experience is a plus
  • Good time management skills
  • Able to take initiative
  • Fast learner
  • Basic bookkeeping qualifications
Job Responsibilities
  • Filtering emails, managing spam, answering customer service emails, updating contacts, sending meeting reminders, and setting appointments.
  • Organizing files on Dropbox/G Suite/Google Drive, data entry, and managing spreadsheets.
  • Sending reminders for meetings and appointments, and maintaining the CEO’s calendar.
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and training materials, and assisting with online research and data mining.
  • Posting and scheduling updates on Facebook and LinkedIn.
  • Editing and proofreading emails.
  • Creating simple designs and performing basic Photoshop tasks.
  • Maintaining financial records, managing transactions, reconciling bank statements, and assisting with payroll and financial reports.
  • Transcribing video and audio, and formatting simple eBooks.
  • Performing personal errands, documenting internal processes, and creating flowcharts.
