We are seeking a quick-learning, organized General Virtual Assistant (VA) to support our client service team with a variety of administrative tasks. This role involves assisting with MYOB data entry, CRM management, promotions, and other essential administrative duties. While no formal qualifications are required, proficiency in Excel, skilled with numbers and excellent time management skills are essential.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Proficient in administrative tasks, including data entry and CRM management.
- Familiarity with MYOB software is a plus but not mandatory.
- Quick learner with a proactive mindset.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workloads effectively.
- Strong communication skills for client and supplier interactions.
- No formal qualifications required, but relevant experience or knowledge in marketing or administrative support is beneficial.
- Willingness to undergo comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms.
Job Responsibilities
- Raise purchase orders and assist with invoicing and Manage AMEX receipts and new client/supplier setups.
- Create QR codes and file confidentiality agreements.
- Support email/SMS communications and assist with outreach and update and manage workflows in the CRM.
- Set up job numbers and folders for projects, Manage quotes and timelines for campaigns and handle logistics and legal request forms.
- Conduct research and maintain the content calendar and schedule posts and generate monthly reports.
- Build and maintain influencer databases.
- Research article ideas and ensure blogs are uploaded.
- Manage office supplies and organize transport arrangements.
