Job Qualifications/Requirements

  • Experience with invoicing tools and CRM systems.

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Time management and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Customer-focused mindset
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Reliable, trustworthy, and discreet.
  • Proactive attitude with a problem-solving approach.
Job Responsibilities
  • Conduct proactive sales outreach to prospective client companies via email and other digital channels.
  • Generate quotes and invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries with professionalism and clarity.
  • Maintain and update client records and sales data.
  • Support basic administrative tasks to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Assist in marketing initiatives when required.
