Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Management-level experience in a Virtual Assistant or similar administrative role required.
- High level of interpersonal and sales skills, with experience in handling difficult conversations and negotiations.
- Experience dealing with suppliers and negotiating terms.
- Strong communication skills for engaging with managers, providers, and other stakeholders.
- Excellent problemsolving skills to address and resolve issues efficiently.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle sensitive tasks such as dealing with pay and contracts.
- Attention to detail to avoid basic mistakes; this role requires precision and reliability.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct competitive research, including pricing, occupancy, and availability in the childcare sector.
- Compile, analyze, and present data to generate reports and actionable insights for business decisions.
- Organize and manage schedules, appointments, and personal errands.
- Set up and optimize systems using AI and technology to enhance operational efficiency.
- Assist in managing CRM systems and executing general administrative tasks.
- Perform financial data analysis and maintain accurate financial spreadsheets.
- Support financial reporting and budget tracking.
- Handle basic graphic design tasks, such as creating presentations and marketing materials.
- Coordinate with external design resources when necessary to meet creative project needs.
