Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Previous administrative experience preferred, ideally in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Xero, Google Docs/Excel, and social media platforms. Familiarity with Lightspeed and Infinite is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to contribute ideas for branding and social media content.
- A collaborative attitude and willingness to support various tasks as needed.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle and organize incoming emails, ensuring prompt responses and efficient communication.
- Assist with invoicing tasks, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to clients.
- Input and manage data in Excel sheets and other platforms to keep records up-to-date.
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks using Xero, including tracking expenses and income.
- Regularly update and maintain our recipe database to reflect new offerings and changes.
- Help implement branding elements across various platforms to maintain a cohesive image.
- Manage our social media accounts, creating engaging content and interacting with our audience.
- Utilize tools like Lightspeed, Infinite, Google Docs/Excel, Gmail, Canva, and ChatGPT effectively.
