We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy General Virtual Assistant to support a risk and insurance advisor in managing day-to-day operations. This role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills and a knack for multitasking. You will assist with client management, website updates, social media engagement, and various administrative tasks.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new tools and platforms.
  • Experience with website management and social media platforms.
  • Knowledge of the insurance industry is a plus but not required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Experience with Canva for design tasks.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Pro DC for creating and managing PDFs.
  • Knowledge of insurance principles and processes is a plus.
Job Responsibilities
  • Serve as a temporary insurance broker while the advisor is on holiday.
  • Assist clients with inquiries and support them in managing their insurance needs.
  • Update and maintain the company website using WordPress.
  • Reword and create engaging content for blogs and web pages.
  • Design and format web forms, including insurance questionnaires and claim forms.
  • Manage and update social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook).
  • Create and schedule monthly articles for newsletters.
  • Develop engaging infographics and FAQs for social media and the website.
  • Organize and maintain Microsoft Outlook and other folders for efficient management.
  • Update procedures and processes to enhance business operations.
  • Manage electronic filing and document organization.
  • Utilize Monday.com for project management tasks.
  • Collaborate on various projects and ensure timely completion.
