We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy General Virtual Assistant to support a risk and insurance advisor in managing day-to-day operations. This role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills and a knack for multitasking. You will assist with client management, website updates, social media engagement, and various administrative tasks.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new tools and platforms.
- Experience with website management and social media platforms.
- Knowledge of the insurance industry is a plus but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications.
- Experience with Canva for design tasks.
- Familiarity with Adobe Pro DC for creating and managing PDFs.
- Knowledge of insurance principles and processes is a plus.
Job Responsibilities
- Serve as a temporary insurance broker while the advisor is on holiday.
- Assist clients with inquiries and support them in managing their insurance needs.
- Update and maintain the company website using WordPress.
- Reword and create engaging content for blogs and web pages.
- Design and format web forms, including insurance questionnaires and claim forms.
- Manage and update social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook).
- Create and schedule monthly articles for newsletters.
- Develop engaging infographics and FAQs for social media and the website.
- Organize and maintain Microsoft Outlook and other folders for efficient management.
- Update procedures and processes to enhance business operations.
- Manage electronic filing and document organization.
- Utilize Monday.com for project management tasks.
- Collaborate on various projects and ensure timely completion.
