Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and email management tools.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools such as Canva.
- Experience with AI tools for content creation.
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills.
- Ability to work independently
- Tech-savvy with a strong understanding of online marketing and social media strategies.
Job Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage email inboxes, calendars, and CRM, including responding to queries, scheduling appointments, and updating customer details.
- Handle onboarding processes for new members, including sending out welcome boxes and official welcome communication.
- Assist with booking accommodation for in-person events and monitor guest lists.
- Research and book venues for various events, including intensives, retreats, and boardroom events.
- Coordinate discounts and menu arrangements with venues and organize social activities for in-person events.
- Manage administrative tasks for in-person events, such as preparing printable name tag lists and attendee lists.
- Create, edit, and upload promotional content across social media accounts.
- Identify and research guest opportunities, manage podcast recordings, and upload episodes.
- Create social media posts, promotional images, reels, and marketing materials in Canva.
- Schedule posts, engage with the audience, manage comments, and maintain LinkedIn profile.
- Use AI tools to create promotional articles for LinkedIn and enhance the company’s online presence.
- Set up and manage Restream for podcast episodes, including sending links to guests.
- Provide customer service support by managing queries from member emails and messages.
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics and conduct competitor analysis to identify market opportunities and gaps.
- Attend webinars, summarise key insights, and assist with the preparation of keynote presentations and other promotional materials.
