Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Google Workspace
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in work
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges
  • Prior experience as a virtual assistant or in a related field is a plus
Job Responsibilities
  • Manage and filter emails, including spam
  • Oversee database management (CRM updates, contact management)
  • Respond to customer service emails and inquiries
  • Coordinate calendar management and send meeting reminders to clients and executives
  • Set appointments and provide reminder services
  • Organize files using Dropbox, G Suite, or Google Drive
  • Perform data entry using Microsoft Office, Open Office, or Google Docs
  • Create and manage spreadsheets in Excel
  • Prepare PowerPoint or Keynote presentations
  • Handle PDF conversions, splitting, and merging
  • Document internal processes using Google Sites and create flowcharts
  • Update website product listings (images and descriptions)
  • Generate reports and conduct online research
  • Engage in data mining and lead generation
  • Publish blog content (uploading only)
  • Assist with personal errands and project management tasks
  • Prepare training materials for staff
  • Schedule and post updates on social media platforms, including Facebook
  • Edit and proofread marketing emails
  • Execute basic graphic design tasks
  • Create product catalogues
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned by supervisors or management
