- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to facilitate training sessions with individuals or teams.
- Positive, friendly, and proactive attitude with a team-oriented mindset.
- Experience in administrative support, virtual assistance, or customer service is preferred.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in managing promotional staffing requirements, including scheduling and coordination.
- Support candidate screening processes, including reviewing applications and conducting initial assessments.
- Coordinate and assist in training and onboarding new talent.
- Develop work schedules and allocate employees to shifts and positions.
- Maintain and update spreadsheets, databases, and relevant documents.
- Prepare and submit reports on staffing operations and team performance.
- Handle email correspondence, appointment scheduling, and general administrative tasks.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external policies and regulations.
- Assist in preparing and presenting campaign briefs.
- Provide support in virtual meetings, including note-taking and follow-ups.
