Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Prior work experience in a similar role, with 12 months of relevant experience.
  • Virtual Assistant experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is required.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to take initiative.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Creativity and a keen eye for aesthetics.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • A portfolio showcasing personal or academic design projects is preferred.
Job Responsibilities
  • Manage email and schedule, including filtering emails, managing spam, and setting appointments.
  • Maintain databases (CRM management and updating contacts).
  • Handle customer service inquiries via email.
  • Organize file storage using platforms like Dropbox, G Suite, or Google Drive.
  • Perform data entry and manage spreadsheets in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and Excel.
  • Prepare presentations and manage documentation of internal processes.
  • Conduct online research, data mining, and lead generation.
  • Collaborate with senior designers to create visually appealing graphics for marketing materials, social media content, and website assets.
  • Assist in brainstorming and developing creative concepts that align with our brand identity.
  • Learn and master design software to create high-quality graphics and visuals.
  • Seek and incorporate feedback from team members to improve design skills.
  • Organise and maintain design files for easy access by the team.
  • Organise the business owner’s calendar.
  • Maintain an organised inbox for the business owner.
