Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Proven experience in telemarketing or sales
  • Exceptional English communication skills
  • Goal-oriented with a keen focus on achieving sales targets
  • Basic computer skills; familiarity with CRM software, especially Agent Box, is a plus
  • Resilience and persistence in the face of rejection
  • Positive attitude and proactive initiative
  • Quick learner with a thirst for knowledge
Job Responsibilities
  • Manage and monitor clients on our CRM system, Agent Box
  • Initiate outbound service calls to potential and existing customers from provided lists
  • Respond promptly to buyer inquiries via email or phone and share property information
  • Understand and utilize scripts and dialogues to advance customer interactions
  • Identify and qualify potential buyer leads by comprehending their needs and interests
  • Address customer concerns and objections with professionalism and confidence
  • Uncover potential sellers from inquiries and calls, forwarding them to Karl for conversion
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and sales opportunities in CRM software
  • Provide valuable feedback to enhance marketing and sales strategies
  • Organize and streamline File Storage, integrating all data into one location
  • Conduct online research for monthly real estate newsletters
  • Engage in data mining and lead generation from the Agent Box CRM
  • Execute email marketing campaigns to our database
  • Edit and proofread email templates for optimal communication
  • Perform additional administrative duties as assigned by supervisors or management
