We are looking for a proactive and organized General Administration Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide remote administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. You will handle a variety of tasks, including data entry, handling correspondence, and performing clerical duties.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Not required but desirable if you have at least 3-6 months of work-related experience.
- Virtual Assistant experience is a plus.
- Good time management skills.
- Able to take the initiative.
- Fast learner.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Docs, Excel, MS 365, Teams, Zoom, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of Meistertask and Repsly is advantageous.
Job Responsibilities
- Answering customer service emails and inquiries.
- Providing reminder services – invoice batch follow-up via email – completed monthly.
- Data entry in Microsoft Office/Google Docs.
- Creating/managing spreadsheets/Excel files.
- Conducting online research.
- Compiling monthly reports.
- Performing product comparison and generating monthly reports.
- Tracking orders and providing updates.
- Following up with resellers to ensure invoices are okay to pay.
- Requiring proof of delivery and invoice verification monthly.
- Tracking items that have been sent out.
- Monitoring competitor websites for brand comparisons, promotions, events, and cashbacks.
- Performing other administrative duties as assigned by supervisors or management.
