Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Experience in online learning and SaaS business
- Proficiency with Canva, CRM systems, social media platforms, and CMS
- Ability to use Trello, Learn Worlds, and other digital tools
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Creative thinking and attention to detail
- High level of integrity, honesty, and confidentiality
- Enthusiasm for admin and marketing roles
- Desirable: Experience with WordPress/Buddy Boss and knowledge of Early Childhood Education
Job Responsibilities
- Administrative Support – Prepare reports, proposals, presentations, and correspondence. Respond to customer service emails after training.
- Data Management – Enter and update data, maintain digital filing systems, conduct research, and compile data.
- Kebudel Media Management – Schedule and post content, monitor interactions, assist with content creation, onboard new teams, and schedule marketing emails.
- Project Coordination – Assist in planning and executing projects, track progress and deadlines, coordinate with team members and stakeholders, and create monthly reports.
- Miscellaneous Tasks – Research topics and speakers, book travel arrangements, assist with personal tasks, and filter/respond to emails for the founder.
- Professional and Personal Responsibilities – Engage in ongoing professional learning, participate in company appraisals, and maintain ethical and professional relationships.
