Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service and/or inventory management preferred.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management software or tools (NetSuite, Zoho Inventory, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Job Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
- Assist customers with order tracking, returns, exchanges, and refunds.
- Address customer complaints and escalate issues as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide product recommendations and support to enhance the shopping experience.
- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers.
- Monitor stock levels and update inventory records in the system.
- Coordinate with warehouses and suppliers to restock popular items.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Assist in forecasting inventory needs based on sales trends.
- Ensure product listings reflect accurate stock availability.
- Verify and process customer orders to ensure timely shipment.
- Coordinate with the fulfillment team to track and resolve shipping issues.
- Manage backorders and proactively inform customers about delays.
