Envirosmart is seeking a detail-oriented Freight Processor and Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Service team. This role will provide essential support to our Australian Head Office with freight administration, data entry, and customer service tasks.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Experience with freight booking and management systems.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to analyze and resolve freight billing disputes.
- Familiarity with MYOB and Maximizer (or similar CRM software).
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
- Problem-solving skills, particularly in logistics and freight discrepancies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Responsibilities
- Book and coordinate freight shipments.
- Obtain freight quotations from transport companies.
- Manage freight quotes, verify bills, resolve disputes, and maintain accurate freight records.
- Generate and analyze freight-related reports, including comparison, weekly, and efficiency reports.
- Assist with customer service cases, handle invoicing, update customer information, and process orders as needed.
- Maintain and update internal databases, including freight registers and customer details.
- Research and recommend new freight companies.
- Assist with warehouse efficiency reports.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives.
