Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance, with supervisory responsibilities.
- Experience in a client-facing or external stakeholder role is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Job Responsibilities
- Client Management:
• Act as the main liaison for clients on financial matters, ensuring clear, timely, and professional communication.
• Understand client requirements and provide tailored financial insights and solutions.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships. - Financial Operations & Reporting:
• Oversee preparation and review of financial statements, reports, and reconciliations.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable accounting standards.
• Monitor financial performance and provide variance analysis. - Team Supervision:
• Lead, mentor, and support finance team members in daily operations.
• Review work outputs to ensure quality and adherence to deadlines.
• Assist in training and development of junior staff. - Process Improvement & Compliance:
• Implement and improve financial processes, controls, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and audit standards.
• Support internal and external audits. - Budgeting & Forecasting:
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
• Track actual performance against budgets and provide actionable insights. - Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Work closely with internal departments and external stakeholders to align financial strategies.
• Present financial data and recommendations to clients and management.
