We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive Assistant to provide direct support to the Director, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of business activities. This role involves managing administrative tasks, customer support, onboarding, and outreach activities, while also taking part in internal training to better support the team and clients.

- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- High attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proactive, resourceful, and adaptable to changing business needs.
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable using ChatGPT and other AI tools.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and tools.
Job Responsibilities
- Email & Communication Management:
• Respond to all incoming emails promptly and professionally, using and improving the existing response guide as needed.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, students, and partners. - Client Onboarding:
• Manage the onboarding process for new students and members of courses and coaching programs.
• Handle onboarding for the new mastermind program starting in August. - Customer Service:
• Provide support for troubleshooting Kajabi access and processing refunds.
• Address customer inquiries and assist with course and coaching program-related issues. - Sales & Outreach Support:
• Answer general questions regarding courses and programs.
• Conduct LinkedIn outreach to potential clients for mastermind programs.
• Perform outreach to potential podcasts for guest appearances by the Director.
