Executive Assistant with Social Media Experience

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to the director. This role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills, excellent English communication abilities (both verbal and written), and the capacity to handle a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.

The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing reports, handling correspondence, and performing a wide range of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is a fast learner, demonstrates excellent time management, and takes initiative in anticipating and addressing the needs of executives.

While prior experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar support role is an advantage, we welcome fresh graduates who demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and grow within the organization.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • 3–6 months of work-related experience (preferred but not required).
  • Experience as a Virtual Assistant is a plus.
  • Good time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Able to take initiative and work independently.
  • Fast learner, adaptable to various tools and platforms.
Job Responsibilities
  • Email & Calendar Management: Manage inbox, respond to inquiries, maintain CRM, schedule appointments, and send reminders.
  • File & Document Organization: Organize digital files, manage data entry, create spreadsheets and presentations, and document internal processes.
  • Social Media Management: Schedule and publish posts on Facebook and LinkedIn, and support engagement tracking.
  • Email Marketing: Proofread and edit email campaigns.
  • Visuals and Designs: Assist with basic graphic design and photo editing (cropping, resizing, adjusting images)
  • Other Administrative Tasks: Carry out other admin duties assigned by supervisors or management.
