As we work to grow our YouTube channel and enhance our social media presence, we are searching for a proactive and organized Executive Assistant to join our team, with the goal of having the successful applicant start by early 2025.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Mid to senior-level experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; a good personality is essential.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and task completion.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content management.
- Experience with Xero, Wonder Build, System Hub, and Slack is a plus.
- Graphic design skills are highly important.
Job Responsibilities
- Upload videos to YouTube and implement strategies to increase visibility and engagement.
- Assist in managing and promoting Sanctum Homes’ social media platforms to drive content for our builders.
- Organize guest lists for events, set up ticket purchasing links, and create necessary marketing materials.
- Execute tasks as directed by clients, ensuring their ideas are brought to fruition effectively.
- Check emails regularly, provide updates to clients, and offer guidance on next steps.
- Maintain excellent organization of schedules, events, and social media content.
- Utilize Xero, Wonder Build (estimating and project management software), System Hub, and Slack for effective task management and communication.
- Create visually appealing marketing materials using Canva and other design tools.
