Job Description
This role exists to give the CEO seamless day-to-day support — especially across technology, systems, and admin — so she can stay focused on high-value work. The VA will act as an extension of the CEO: managing tasks, fixing small tech issues, testing new AI tools, and supporting light marketing and design work alongside other support throughout other departments in the business as required across the business.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience as an EA, or similar role.
- Strong technical capability — fast learner with new software.
- Confident using AI tools (ChatGPT, image tools, automation platforms).
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Highly organised, proactive, and detail-focused.
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve independently.
- Comfortable working with minimal supervision.
- Basic marketing know-how and “on the tools” experience.
- Good design eye and ability to follow a brand’s look and feel.
- Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant (VA) is preferred.
- Comfortable with technology and confident using various programs and applications.
Job Responsibilities
- Executive Support:
● Manage email, calendar, scheduling, and follow-ups.
● Update documents, signatures, folders and templates.
● Complete quick admin tasks that streamline the CEO’s workflow.
● Prepare summaries, checklists, and briefings as required.
● Assist in any CEO personal requirements eg. appointment making, gift buying, etc. - Tech & Systems Support:
● Confidently navigate business apps, tools etc.
● Troubleshoot small technical issues from afar (e.g., fixing email signatures, access issues for drop box, zoom etc).
● Test, compare, and implement AI concepts or tools requested by CEO — then recommend best-fit options.
● Keep systems/files tidy, organised, and up to date. - Marketing Support (Low-Level Tasks + “On the Tools”):
● Assist the marketing team with setup tasks, content loading, admin, data entry and formatting.
● Work inside tools such as:
o Canva
o Email marketing platforms
o Social scheduling tools
● Support basic content creation, resizing assets, updating graphics, or preparing drafts.
● Follow existing brand guidelines.
● Simple video editing. - Team Support:
● Assist other departments (especially Marketing) with overflow tasks.
● Communicate clearly with internal team members as required.
● Uphold deadlines and prioritise tasks effectively.
