We’re hiring on behalf of one of our major clients who’s looking for a highly reliable and proactive Executive Assistant. This is a key role for someone who can manage day-to-day admin tasks, support ongoing projects, and serve as the right hand to a busy executive. You’ll be the go-to person—keeping things organized, on track, and moving forward.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
- At least 2–3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar admin/project coordination role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Google Workspace and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, ClickUp).
- Detail-oriented, resourceful, and trustworthy.
- Able to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide executive-level support including calendar and inbox management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Handle a variety of administrative tasks such as document preparation, data entry, and report generation.
- Coordinate and track internal and external projects, tasks, and follow-ups.
- Communicate with team members, vendors, or stakeholders on behalf of the client.
- Help the client stay on top of priorities and deadlines.
- Take initiative and resolve issues independently when needed.
