We’re looking for a passionate, driven, go-getter and caring person to join the team as the team’s executive assistant to help bring organisation, structure and better performance to the CEO’s day and life.
We’re a health coaching company with a strong desire to change the way people live their lives through optimising their health and cognitive performance. As the assistant, you’ll need to be able to run rings around the CEO, assist to his daily needs both personal and professional, be tech savvy, systems orientated, able to not just think outside the box but foresee problems and obstacles that may occur and build plans and strategies to avoid them, be trustworthy and confidential and have a problem sleeping at night if things are left unfinished, not done to your best standard or if you think problems may happen.

- Proficient in Google Suite, particularly Google Calendar.
- Outstanding memory for tasks and deadlines.
- Proactive in anticipating needs and planning ahead.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee daily scheduling, including meetings, calls, and personal appointments for the CEO. Ensure optimal time management and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Maintain two email accounts (CEO’s and general info), ensuring timely responses and organization. Remove irrelevant communications to focus on revenue-driving activities.
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and strategic documents. Maintain accurate records and manage outstanding invoices and payments.
- Schedule and post content on the CEO’s Instagram account, ensuring timely updates and engagement.
- Act as the primary contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO, ensuring professionalism and clarity.
- Basic design skills using Canva are a plus, though not required.
