Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, or similar).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation, scheduling, and communications.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable exploring new digital tools, apps, and AI platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Job Responsibilities
- Support executive operations by managing communications, schedules, and travel logistics.
- Coordinate events and projects to ensure smooth planning, execution, and follow-through.
- Develop and maintain internal systems, SOPs, and workflows to improve operational efficiency.
- Provide high-quality support to members through various channels (calls, chat, CRM).
- Handle administrative tasks related to sales and client onboarding with accuracy and care.
