As an Executive Assistant, you will work directly with Dean Payn, supporting a wide range of functions to keep our business organised, efficient, and thriving. This is a key role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys being the backbone of a growing team, and excels in creating structure and clarity in all they do.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Excellent English communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, or similar).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation, scheduling, and communications.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable exploring new digital tools, apps, and AI platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Job Responsibilities
  • Support executive operations by managing communications, schedules, and travel logistics.
  • Coordinate events and projects to ensure smooth planning, execution, and follow-through.
  • Develop and maintain internal systems, SOPs, and workflows to improve operational efficiency.
  • Provide high-quality support to members through various channels (calls, chat, CRM).
  • Handle administrative tasks related to sales and client onboarding with accuracy and care.
