Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Prior experience in executive-level administrative roles. Experience working with course and membership platforms (Kajabi, Go High-Level). Proven track record in managing social media platforms and creating engaging content. Understanding of podcast editing and publishing.
- Solid understanding of social media marketing, email marketing, and ad campaigns. Strong knowledge of how to make marketing work effectively across platforms.
- Proficiency in Kajabi, Go High-Level, GSuite, Canva, Infinity, LinkedIn, ChatGPT, CapCut, and website management. Familiarity with Riverside (replacing StreamYard), Zoom, and other relevant platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset. Capable of managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively.
- Comfortable navigating new technology and software tools.
- Optimistic, non-egoistic, outgoing, and adaptable. Demonstrates integrity, excellence, empowerment, and commitment to growing with the company.

Job Responsibilities
- Manage CEO’s email and inbox, including prioritization and responding to communications.
- Assist with the creation, scheduling, and management of Kajabi and Go High-Level content for courses and membership.
- Support the CEO in business performance reviews, discussing results, and implementing strategies.
- Help with organizing and coordinating speaking opportunities for the CEO.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote courses and programs across multiple platforms.
- Create, design, and post engaging content on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
- Manage and grow social media audiences across all platforms, including engagement and community management of Facebook and LinkedIn groups.
- Coordinate and monitor Facebook Ads, including setting up ad campaigns, tracking performance, and optimizing strategies.
- Edit and publish blog posts ensuring SEO compliance, and distribute across relevant channels.
- Support podcast production, including video editing and publishing on platforms like YouTube and TikTok.
- Regularly update website content to ensure it’s current and aligns with the marketing strategy.
- Assist with managing and updating Kajabi and Go High-Level for course and membership management.
- Provide design support using Canva for social media content, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Deliver excellent customer support, ensuring queries from clients are answered promptly and professionally.
- Assist in building and nurturing the “Visionary Introverted Woman” brand by creating a strong online presence.
- Maintain and organize documents using tools like GSuite and Infinity.
- Participate in weekly catch-up meetings and ensure work is aligned with business priorities.
- Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
