We are looking for a highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks and must be able to work independently with little or no supervision. This role requires excellent communication skills, a high level of discretion, and the ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Must possess Excellent English communication skills, both Verbal & Written.
- Proven experience in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role.
- Ability to exercise discretion and maintain ultimate confidentiality.
- Exceptional Organizational & Time-Management skills.
- Flexible and adaptable, with a proactive and can-do attitude.
- Able to take the initiative.
- Fast learner.
Job Responsibilities
- Email & Schedule Management Tasks.
- Email Management (Filtering Emails/ Managing Spam).
- Database Management (CRM Management/ Updating contacts).
- Answering Customer Service Emails/ Enquiries as required.
- Screen and direct incoming calls, emails and correspondence and respond where appropriate.
- Calendar Management (Sending Meeting reminders to clients etc.
- Appointment Setting
- Reminder Services
- Travel bookings as required eg flights, hotels, rental cars etc.
- File Storage and Organization
- Prepare and edit reports, presentations and other documents.
- Other Administrative Tasks as directed.
