Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in client support or administrative roles is a plus.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s emails, calendar, and scheduling to ensure efficient communication and organisation.
- Oversee document management, compliance tracking, and regulatory filings while handling confidential information with discretion.
- Provide administrative support for daily operations and assist with ad hoc tasks as needed.
- Assist with client and team onboarding and record management.
- Coordinate meetings and support financial and compliance-related tasks.
- Maintain business tracking systems, ensuring timely reporting, compliance, and efficient operations.
- Oversee administrative tasks for vacation rental properties and assist in maintaining company policies and procedures.
- Organise and schedule business events and company travel.
- Support marketing and content initiatives by providing administrative assistance as needed.
