- Assist in preparing and reviewing business documents, presentations, and reports.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements for senior leadership.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Maintain and update schedules, ensuring all appointments and deadlines are met.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, representing the executive team in a professional manner.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, document management, and data entry.
- Support day-to-day operations with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Assist with various ad-hoc projects as required by the executive team.
