Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com).
  • Experience in the real estate industry or related fields is highly desirable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-starter with a proven ability to work independently.
Job Responsibilities
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and emails, ensuring priorities are addressed promptly.
  • Create and maintain workflows for efficient operations across real estate and training businesses.
  • Monitor and manage leads using CRM systems, ensuring timely follow ups and updates.
  • Assist with data entry, lead segmentation, and analysis for strategic decision-making.
  • Coordinate email campaigns, newsletters, and social media updates.
  • Design and implement lead magnets to capture and nurture potential clients.
  • Handle basic client communications, such as inquiries, scheduling, and follow-ups.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to maintain and enhance client relationships.
  • Track and oversee the progress of key projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to streamline operations.
