Job Qualifications/Requirements

- Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com).
- Experience in the real estate industry or related fields is highly desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-starter with a proven ability to work independently.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage schedules, appointments, and emails, ensuring priorities are addressed promptly.
- Create and maintain workflows for efficient operations across real estate and training businesses.
- Monitor and manage leads using CRM systems, ensuring timely follow ups and updates.
- Assist with data entry, lead segmentation, and analysis for strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate email campaigns, newsletters, and social media updates.
- Design and implement lead magnets to capture and nurture potential clients.
- Handle basic client communications, such as inquiries, scheduling, and follow-ups.
- Provide exceptional customer service to maintain and enhance client relationships.
- Track and oversee the progress of key projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to streamline operations.
