Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Estimator to prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for modular construction projects. In this role, you will work closely with project managers, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver comprehensive material take-offs, assess subcontractor quotes, and submit tender documentation within required timeframes.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Industry Experience: Proven track record as an Estimator in construction or building (experience in modular, transportable, residential, or commercial projects is highly regarded).
- Technical Skills: Proficient in CAD, Google Sheets, and general estimating software; strong capability in reading and interpreting technical plans and specifications.
- Core Competencies: Solid knowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry pricing, paired with strong numerical, analytical, and negotiation skills.
- Education & Communication: Qualification in Construction, Building, Quantity Surveying (or equivalent practical experience) with excellent English communication skills to manage multiple tenders under tight deadlines.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare cost estimates directly from architectural drawings, plans, and tender specifications.
- Conduct precise material take-offs, cost analysis, and maintain estimating databases.
- Request, obtain, and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Prepare and submit detailed tender documentation, pricing proposals, and budget forecasts.
- Identify and flag potential project risks and value-engineering opportunities.
- Participate in tender meetings and project handover discussions with key stakeholders as needed.
