Job Qualifications/Requirements
- A graduate of Civil Engineering course.
- Strong ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet software.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
Job Responsibilities
- Analyze architectural plans and documentation to identify and categorize door types within building projects.
- Review and interpret specifications that may influence the finish or construction of doors and frames.
- Accurately input relevant data into the company’s spreadsheet quote template.
- Collaborate with the sales and production teams to ensure consistency and accuracy in quotations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and Nexdor Systems’ product offerings.
