Job Description
We are seeking a highly structured and detail-oriented individual to take ownership of the structure, logic, and consistency of our ERP system (M-Power) and client portals.
This is a critical systems role. It is not a web developer or admin position.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all portals, products, and data are built in a consistent, scalable, and controlled manner across the business.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Strong systems thinking (structured, logical mindset).
- High attention to detail.
- Strong organisation and self-management.
- Ability to prioritise and manage workload independently.
- Confidence to challenge and push back when required.
- Process-driven approach.
- Experience working with ERP systems or similar platforms.
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills (advanced).
- Experience with structured data, catalogues, or product systems.
- Experience setting up items, categories, or configurations.
- Bonus:
• Basic UX / user flow understanding.
• Experience with BOMs or product configuration.
• Experience with workflow logic or system rules.
Job Responsibilities
- System Structure & Setup:
• Build and maintain client portal structures.
• Define and apply naming conventions.
• Create and manage category structures (parent / child).
• Set up and maintain client account structures in M-Power. - Data & Product Configuration:
• Create and manage products within the system.
• Build and maintain BOMs (recipes).
• Ensure all items are structured correctly for production and reporting.
• Maintain clean, consistent, and scalable data. - Portal Logic & User Flow:
• Design how users interact with portals.
• Build and manage item “wizards” (question-based flows).
• Ensure portals are logical and easy to use for clients.
• Align portal structure with client terminology (e.g. waste types, product categories). - System Governance & Control:
• Maintain consistency across all portals and data.
• Enforce structure and standards.
• Push back on inconsistent or reactive requests.
• Act as gatekeeper of system integrity. - Blueprint Development (Critical Requirement):
• Develop a documented “Portal & Data Structure Blueprint”.
• Define how portals, items, and categories must be built.
• Ensure all future work follows this standard.
