Job Description
As an Employee Relations Supervisor at 5 ELK, you’ll help create a positive and people first workplace experience by supporting day today employee relations matters, resolving concerns with care, and guiding leaders on best practices. You’ll work closely with the Employee Relations Manager to maintain a fair, compliant, and values driven workplace while supporting initiatives that strengthen trust, engagement, and employee wellbeing.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, Employee Relations, or related field.
- At least 2 years of HR experience.
- Working knowledge of workplace policies, HR practices, and employee relations processes.
- Strong communication, documentation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive matters with professionalism and sound judgment.
- A genuine passion for supporting people and building positive workplace experiences.
Job Responsibilities
- Build a just, respectful, and people developer workplace culture.
- Handle day-to-day employee concerns and guide staff on basic policy and workplace matters.
- Assist in conducting initial factfinding and documenting investigations.
- Identify early signs of workplace issues and help implement practical, proactive solutions.
- Support performance and disciplinary processes through documentation and coordination.
- Assist in employee HR wellness efforts.
- Prepare ER reports, documentation, and case summaries for Managers to review.
- Coordinate and support ER related training, briefings, and orientation sessions.
- Collaborate with the Employee Relations Manager on escalated, sensitive, or complex cases.
- Maintain confidentiality, fairness, and integrity in every employee interaction.
