eCommerce Virtual Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced eCommerce Virtual Assistant to support the smooth execution of daily business operations. This role is vital in maintaining customer satisfaction, managing orders, coordinating product launches, and assisting with influencer collaborations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and passionate about delivering exceptional support across various functions.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Strong background in customer service.
  • Proficient in Shopify and its core functionalities.
  • Skilled in using social media platforms for customer communication.
  • Capable of using Canva for basic graphic design.
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office applications and Google Workspace tools for admin tasks.
  • E-Comm Experience: Ideally, you’ve used platforms like Shopify, Gmail, and Google Sheets before.
  • Customer Obsessed: You know how to write clear replies, and care about keeping people stoked.
  • Organized: You love a system. You like to tick boxes. You’re the type who’ll spot a missing tracking number before we do.
  • Adaptable & Fast-Learning: Things move quickly here. You don’t need your hand held, but you’re not afraid to ask questions either.
  • Communicator: You can flag when something’s off, suggest improvements, or just drop a check-in message when needed.
Job Responsibilities
  • Customer Support: Replying to emails, managing FAQs, and keeping the
    experience 10/10.
  • Order Management: Splitting orders, checking tracking, updating Shopify or Starshipit, and liaising with our warehouse.
  • Inbox & Admin: Flagging urgent messages, staying on top of customer DMs, and helping keep inboxes clean and sorted.
  • Pre-Sale & Launch Support: Uploading products, prepping size guides, reviewing product listings, or helping with supplier follow-ups.
  • Influencer Collabs & UGC: Sending out tracking links, checking in on content deadlines, or helping manage media folders.
  • Light Social Help (optional): Scheduling posts, helping respond to comments, or tracking UGC.
