Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an ecommerce operations or coordinator role.
  • Proven expertise in managing Shopify Plus storefronts and backend configurations.
  • Strong proficiency in using inventory management software and ERP systems.
  • Demonstrated experience handling multi-currency and international shipping configurations.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and bulk product uploads.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a track record of managing complex product catalogs.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with a global, remote-first team.
  • Professional certification in Ecommerce Management or Digital Marketing is highly preferred.
Job Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day product listings across Shopify and other third-party marketplaces to ensure data accuracy.
  • Coordinate with the logistics team to monitor stock levels and ensure inventory synchronization across all warehouses.
  • Execute website updates for new product launches, seasonal promotions, and pricing adjustments.
  • Monitor order fulfillment workflows to identify and resolve any technical bottlenecks or delays.
  • Analyze ecommerce performance metrics to provide actionable insights on conversion rates and customer behavior.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align digital storefront visuals with active social media campaigns.
  • Conduct regular site audits to ensure all links, images, and checkout processes are functioning correctly.
  • Assist in the integration and management of ecommerce apps and third-party plugins.
