As the E-Commerce Operations Hero at WrkPod, you will serve as the central nervous system for our online retail infrastructure, driving operational excellence across our Shopify platform. You will join a high-performing team dedicated to scaling digital brands and play a pivotal role in optimizing merchant workflows, store setup, and logistics to power measurable growth. Your impact will be felt directly through improved Shopify backend efficiency, seamless integration of store applications, higher customer satisfaction ratings, and flawless execution of promotional campaigns.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in e-commerce operations, with a strong focus on Shopify and Shopify Plus administration.
  • Deep knowledge of the Shopify app ecosystem (e.g., inventory management, subscription tools, customer service, and fulfillment apps).
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and CSV product catalog updates.
  • Demonstrated experience managing Shopify fulfillment workflows, multi-location inventory, and third-party logistics (3PL) partners.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English for professional correspondence and customer care.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a track record of resolving supply chain disruptions and backend integration errors under tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or ClickUp to track operational tasks.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Information Technology, or a related field.
Job Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end order fulfillment process directly through Shopify Admin and connected third-party logistics apps to ensure timely delivery and accuracy.
  • Monitor storewide inventory levels across multiple fulfillment locations, managing stock replenishment and inventory syncing within Shopify to prevent stockouts or overages.
  • Resolve complex customer inquiries and escalations regarding shipments, product quality, and returns using Shopify-integrated support desks (e.g., Gorgias) and email/chat.
  • Audit Shopify product listings, collections, tags, pricing, and visual assets regularly to maximize store conversion rates.
  • Coordinate with logistics partners and Shopify-native shipping applications to optimize routes and lower transit costs.
  • Generate performance reports using Shopify Analytics and custom reports to track key operational metrics, including average order value (AOV), fulfillment times, and return rates.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to configure Shopify discount codes, automatic promotions, and seasonal sales landing pages
  • Streamline administrative workflows using automation tools like Shopify Flow and integrated ERP systems.
