Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Ecommerce experience (Shopify preferred).
  • Email marketing experience (e.g. Mailchimp).
  • Strong copywriting skills.
  • Understanding of customer behaviour and conversion.
  • Ability to analyse performance and improve results.
  • Focused on revenue and results.
  • Takes ownership and shows initiative.
  • Works collaboratively with the business owner (who provides clinical direction).
Job Responsibilities
  • Website & Product Optimisation:
    • Upload and maintain products with consistent formatting.
    • Optimise product pages with clear, benefit-led messaging.
    • Improve collections and navigation to guide customer decisions.
    • Keep homepage current with campaigns, offers, and featured products.
    • Ensure the website is clear, easy to use, and conversion-focused.
  • Product Sales & Bundling:
    • Create ready-to-purchase bundles based on key health concerns.
    • Implement cross-sells and product recommendations.
    • Translate naturopathic knowledge into simple product pathways.
    • Position products as solutions, not just individual items.
  • Campaigns & Email Marketing:
    • Implement monthly campaigns (e.g. sleep, immunity, stress).
    • Collaborate with the business owner to plan and execute email campaigns.
    • Create emails that educate, guide, and convert.
    • Build and optimise automated email flows.
    • Align campaigns across website, email, and social.
    • Build and optimize automated email flows and database-driven workflows.
  • Customer Journey & Social:
    • Create clear pathways from problem → product → purchase.
    • Support landing pages and simple funnels.
    • Schedule and manage social media aligned with campaigns.
    • Drive traffic to website and offers.
  • Performance & Optimisation:
    • Track sales, conversion rates, and campaign performance.
    • Identify what is working and improve results.
    • Implement ongoing optimisation of website and campaigns.
  • Key Deliverables:
    • Regular website updates and improvements.
    • Monthly campaigns and offers.
    • Email campaigns and basic automations.
    • Performance reporting with insights.
    • Segmentation strategies and automated customer journey workflows.
