We are seeking a passionate Digital Marketing Specialist with proven experience in managing Google Ad campaigns, social media campaigns, and other direct/paid online advertisements. In this role, you will manage and optimize campaigns with a focus on achieving key performance metrics such as conversion rates (CVR), click-through rates (CTR), return on ad spend (ROAS), and other relevant KPIs. You will drive outcomes for the market-leading tennis and racquets operator in Australia, covering various business units including Tennis and Pickleball Coaching, Court Hire, Retail, Venue Hire & Events, Padel Tennis, and Voyager subsidiaries.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Proven experience managing Google Ad campaigns and social media advertising.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle client campaign spends effectively.
  • In-depth experience with implementation and execution of digital marketing strategies.
  • Excellent proficiency with Google Ads.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Ads/Meta Business Suite/Meta Pixel, and other SEM platforms.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and automation strategies in digital marketing (desirable but not mandatory).
  • Familiarity with AI tools and automation strategies in digital marketing (desirable but not mandatory).
  • Experience with performance metrics, including conversion rates (CVR), click-through rates (CTR), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Effective communication abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to craft compelling ad copy aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Prior experience in the sports or entertainment industries is preferred but not essential.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, including AI and automation tools.
Job Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and manage paid search campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, social media, and other direct/paid online advertisements.
  • Strategize, create, and optimize ads to drive business objectives and maximize return on investment (ROI).
  • Implement conversion tracking to accurately measure campaign ROI.
  • Continuously monitor and report on key performance metrics, including click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates (CVR), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Utilize Google Analytics (GA4) to track campaign performance and derive actionable insights from data analysis.
  • Conduct thorough campaign audits and develop strategic plans to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Craft compelling ad copy and visuals that align with brand guidelines and resonate with target audiences.
  • Ensure all ad creatives are optimized for various platforms and devices.
  • Manage and optimize campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, and others.
  • Ensure a consistent brand message across all digital marketing channels.
  • Incorporate AI and automation tools into marketing strategies to improve efficiencies and drive growth.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in AI technology and its applications in digital marketing.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and sales, to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.
  • Communicate campaign results and insights to stakeholders effectively.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and improvement within the digital marketing landscape.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing strategies.
