Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and other social media.
- Proven experience in Meta advertising with a focus on lead generation.
- Proficiency in Canva for creating high-quality digital content.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.
- Familiarity with website content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Wix, Go High Level).
- Experience with email marketing platforms and analytics tools.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design principles.
- Understanding of Google Ads and SEO.
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Meta Insights.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- Strategize and implement lead-generation initiatives to achieve client objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and generate actionable insights.
- Create engaging and visually appealing digital content using Canva.
- Collaborate with our creative team to maintain brand consistency across all platforms.
- Update and manage client websites to ensure content accuracy and brand alignment.
- Upload monthly blogs that target keywords and build SEO.
- Work with web developers to enhance user experience and optimise SEO.
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or equivalent.
- Segment audiences and track email performance metrics to refine strategies.
- Provide detailed performance reports on digital marketing initiatives.
- Use data to inform decision-making and improve marketing effectiveness.
