Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in social media management and content creation.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- Experience with Facebook Ads and Google Ads, including keyword research and ad optimization.
- Excellent graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience with email marketing and automation tools.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress.
- Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant digital marketing certifications.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies.
- Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Design graphics and visual content using tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
- Manage social media calendars and ensure timely posting of content.
- Monitor social media accounts, respond to comments, and engage with followers.
- Analyze social media metrics to optimize performance and improve engagement.
- Perform keyword research to identify high-value search terms.
- Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, and other on-page elements.
- Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Moz.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends and algorithm changes.
- Plan, create, and manage Facebook Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research and audience targeting for ad campaigns.
- Develop ad copy and creative assets that align with campaign goals.
- Monitor and optimize ad performance to maximize ROI.
- Generate and analyze reports to measure the effectiveness of ad campaigns.
- Write and edit high-quality content for blog posts, website pages, and email marketing campaigns.
- Ensure all content is SEO-friendly and aligned with brand messaging.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop content strategies that drive engagement and conversions.
- Create visually appealing graphics for social media, advertisements, and website use.
- Design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and banners.
- Ensure all designs are consistent with brand guidelines.
- Track and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and key metrics.
